Shipping Methods & Rates
At GemGrove.ca, we understand that receiving your gemstones and jewelry promptly and securely is important. We offer reliable and fast shipping options to ensure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Free on all orders.
- Expedited Shipping (2-4 Business Days): Available at an additional cost calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: We offer shipping to select international destinations. Shipping fees and delivery times will vary depending on the location.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. GemGrove.ca is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or customs processing.
Refunds & Returns
30-Day Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for a full refund or exchange. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back.
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package to the return address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. Once we receive the returned item and it passes inspection, we will send out the exchange item. Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to expedite the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-designed jewelry, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placement. After this time, the order may already be processed and shipped, and cancellations or changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your order.
International Returns
For international orders, the return process is the same. However, please note that international shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, duties, or taxes associated with the return.
